Next Annual Association Membership Meeting Scheduled For March 9, 2024

Dear Property Owners,
Welcome to Mustang Beach II. Below are a few items of information you will need to understand as a new member.
Our current Association dues are $200.00 per lot, or portion thereof. There is a $500.00 assessment per vacant lot, or portion thereof, for mowing. There is also a Special Assessment of $5.00/per linear foot of plated bulkhead for maintenance and repair to the system, however, this Assessment has been suspended for further evaluation. The amount of dues and assessments for each property can be found at the “Assessments” page under “Owner Information” Tab. Our Fiscal year runs from April 1st through March 31st. Mustang Beach II is not part of the Channel and Airport Association.
Our By-laws call for an annual meeting on the second Saturday of March. You will receive a notice via mail or email when the meeting are actually scheduled. Should the need arise; special meeting will be called via the same process. Copies of past years’ minutes, last years’ financials and this years proposed budget can be found under the “Minutes & Budget” Tab.
If you are planning to build a new home, remodeling the exterior of an existing home, or building or remodeling dock and/or decks, you must have the plans approved by the Architectural Control Committee. You should consult the “Restrictions and Limitations” under the “Owners Information” Tab to avoid delays in the process. Please send two copies of your plan(s) to the attention of the Architectural Control Committee at the address under the “Contacts” Tab.
